Atlanta Rabbits playoff game is being moved because of heavy rain in the forecast.

The Atlanta Rabbits playoff game is being moved from Friday night to late Saturday afternoon. because of torrential rain in the forecast. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 on Saturday at Pine Tree Stadium in Longview.

The area is expected to receive 4 to 6 inches of rain. The heaviest rain is expected to fall from noon Friday to around noon Saturday.

There will still be showers likely Saturday afternoon but it should not be as heavy.

The Rabbits are facing Malakoff in the Region Final. It’s also the State Quarterfinal in Class 3A Division I .
