DENVER (AP) — The Denver Broncos crush the Dallas Cowboys 42-17 behind four touchdown throws from Trevor Siemian. The Broncos limited star running back Ezekiel Elliott to nine carries for 8 yards rushing, his lowest output of his career. Aqib Talib (ah-KEEB’ tah-LEEB) capped the rout with a 103-yard interception return for a TD. It was Talib’s 10th pick-6, just two shy of Darren Woodson’s NFL record.
The interception return of 103-yards for a touchdown by Talib is tied for the 3rd longest in NFL history. It was the longest interception return against Dallas in their teams history.
Dak Prescott had a decent day despite Cowboys loss
Dak Prescott completed 30-of-50 passes for 238 yards and 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. One of Dak’s interceptions was a ball that should have been caught by Dez Bryant; it hit him right in the hands.
Dez also had a pass dropped in the end zone by future hall of famer Jason Witten.
Broncos linebacker Von Miller had 2-sacks.
