Exceed Urgent Care on Mall Drive in Texarkana will be hosting a benefit for Chloe Cox’s family. The Exceed Urgent Care Chloe Cox fundraiser is in honor of Chloe, a beautiful and sweet 13 year-old girl who passed away after a battle with the most aggressive brain cancer in children ever seen. Chloe Cox went through multiple surgeries, 7 weeks of radiation and 8 months of chemotherapy before succumbing to the deadly disease.
Chloe fought hard but her cancer was rare and it aggressively spread. Doctors did not know how to treat it as this type of cancer had never been seen in a child before. Sweet Chloe passed away on July 26th, 2017. Chloe’s parents both took a leave of absence from work to be home with Chloe during final days. Now they need our help. This benefit’s purpose is to be able to help ease some of the financial hardship for the Cox family during this devastating time.
The Exceed Urgent Care Chloe Cox fundraiser benefit will be Saturday, August 26th at Exceed Urgent Care from 7 a.m. till noon. There will be a garage sale, a bake sale with lots of goodies and raffles to enter.
