TEXARKANA, TEXAS – The Texarkana Texas Police Department said their Special Operations Unit arrested a Texarkana, Texas Man and seized $70,000 in drugs in his residence. Police said that 25-year-old Ikee Wyrick was busted at his residence in 1700 block of West Martin Luther King Jr. Drive today after serving a warrant and discovering the dope.
The Texarkana, Texas police said their officers served the search warrant at approximately 11:00 this morning (Wednesday). Inside the residence, they said they discovered 19.5 pounds of marijuana, 31 grams of cocaine, 1,238 Xanax pills, and 3 tablets of MDMA (commonly known as Ecstasy).
Cash was also discovered during the arrest
Authorities said officers also seized an undisclosed amount of cash found hidden throughout the house and a loaded pistol.
Polcie said that Wyrick was arrested and transported to the Bi-State Jail, where he is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of Marijuana, and three counts of Possession of Controlled Substance.
