
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Texas A&M University-Texarkana snapped a three-game losing streak Sunday when the Eagles defeated 23rd-ranked Bellevue, 4-3.
The Eagles (5-7) weren’t as fortunate in their second game Sunday. Eighth-ranked Oklahoma City University’s Dylan Grove and Kolin Marley combined on a no-hitter, and the host Stars beat Texarkana, 5-2.
Sam Wells was the wining pitcher for the Eagles against Bellevue, which was the only team to beat Oklahoma City (11-1) in this classic. Southpaw Michael Herrera got a save for A&M.
A&M Texarkana outhit Bellevue, 8-6. Jake McDonald drove in the first two runs with a double in the first, and a sacrifice fly I the third. Keone McKee plate the decisive two runs with a single.

Homerun gives Stars walk-off win
Oklahoma City banged out 11 hits off the Eagles’ Cole Connally and Herrera, who took the loss in relief. Despite being outhit 11-0, A&M took a 2-1 lead to the bottom of the seventh. Bryson Lierle’s three-run homer gave the Stars the walk-off victory.
Noah Barks had three hits for the Stars, with Quinton Walbergh and Tristan Williams contributing two hits each.
Brayden Cook scored both of Texarkana’s runs against the Stars.
