Documentary screening and discussion at A&M-Texarkana takes place Tuesday night.
Texas A&M University-Texarkana and the Program for Learning And Community Engagement will host a screening and discussion.
It will be of the documentary film “CodeGirl”. The event is free and open to the public. It will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Eagle Hall.
According to the university, CodeGirl follows groups of high school aged girls from around the world as they try to better their communities through technology and collaboration in the male-
dominated field of app development.
The discussion will be led by Dr. Rebecca Martindale, TAMUT Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology.
