Officers were dispatched to the report of a robbery that had occurred at an apartment complex in the 5900 block of Richmond Road.  The two teenage victims reported that they had been contacted by Martin through social media about buying a vaping pen. They met Martin at the apartment complex and he got in the car with them.  Seconds later, two men approached the vehicle armed with a pistol and ordered Martin out of the car.  After frisking him, Martin ran from the scene.  The two men then turned their attention to the victims still in the car and demanded their all property.  They took a wallet containing cash belonging to one victim and a cell phone belonging to the other.  Both men then fled the scene on foot with the victims’ property.
