Arkansas quarterback Ty Storey headed to Western Kentucky to become a Hilltopper.
The former Arkansas quarterback has decided to enroll at Western Kentucky as a graduate transfer. He is originally from Charleston, West Virginia. Storey went to social media saying, Looking forward to the next chapter in my football career.”
The quarterback had reportedly been in the NCAA transfer portal for around six weeks before making his decision.
Storey will have one year of eligibility left as a Hilltopper.
In an interesting twist, he will return to Fayetteville with his new team for a game this November. Western Kentucky resides in Conference USA. The Hilltoppers were 3-9 last season, and 2-6 in conference play. The Hilltoppers already return a couple of quarterbacks. One is a redshirt junior. The other is a redshirt sophomore.
