TEXARKANA, Arkansas – On Monday, April 29, 2019, the United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, Duane “Dak” Kees, and Assistant U.S. Attorney, Ben Wulff, recognized the investigative efforts of five lawmen from Texarkana Arkansas P.D., Miller County Sheriff’s Office and the F.B.I. The presentation took place in the Reynolds Center on the Southern Arkansas University campus in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Plaques were presented to (left to right) Lt. Chris Rankin, Investigators Romeo Cross, Jessie Grigsby, Alan Keller and Special Agent F.B.I. Micah Sexson.

Their investigative efforts resulted in the Federal Prosecution of numerous drugs and firearms trafficking crimes in the Texarkana and Miller County area, sentencing Skip Lomax, Jerry Dill, David Haskell, Chris Whistle Michael Bishop, Dale Procella, Kevin Boleware and Keith Block to long terms in the Federal Penitentiary.

We are very proud and appreciative of these Investigators and Prosecutors efforts in making Texarkana a much safer place.
