OKLAHOMA CITY  –  No. 11 Oklahoma State struck for a pair of runs in the bottom of the 10th to rally past TCU, 7-6, in the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championships at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Five Horned Frogs collected two hits in the loss. Hunter Wolfe drove in a game-high three runs.

Austin Henry’s fifth home run of the season to open the 10th inning gave the Frogs a 6-5 lead.

The Cowboys rallied back with two runs in the bottom of the inning. A lead-off single advanced to third on a two base-error. An infield single tied the game at six. With two outs, Alix Garcia singled to left brought home the go-ahead run.

Oklahoma State opened up a 4-0 lead with a pair of runs in each of the first two innings. Two batters in, the Cowboys had a 1-0 lead as a pair of errors helped the OSU cause. A one-out Trevor Boone single made it 2-0. Cade Cabbiness hit a two-out, two-run home run in the second.

TCU began its comeback in the third with a solo run. Bobby Goodloe singled and scored on a two-out base hit from Josh Watson.

Goodloe’s sacrifice fly in the fourth made it a 2-run ballgame. Hunter Wolfe tied the game with a bases-loaded single.

A two-out rally in the sixth gave TCU its first lead of the game. Adam Oviedo singled with two outs and scored on a Wolfe double to make it a 5-4 game. Oklahoma State took advantage of an error in the bottom of the inning to tie the game at five setting up the wild finish in the 10th.

Charles King gave the Frogs four quality innings of relief. He allowed just one run on three hits, walked two and struck out five. Haylen Green tossed 3 1/3 innings of relief, giving up a run on a hit and striking out two.

TCU drops to 32-26 on the season.
