The Texarkana Bulldogs will host a three-team double elimination tournament at George Dobson field starting Wednesday to determine who will represent the district in the Texas American Legion State Tournament.
Three teams have hopes of going to state
The Eagles and Prospects, both made up of players from the Texarkana area, play Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. The winner plays the Bulldogs 30 minutes after that game.
The loser of the first game will play the loser of the second game Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Then the survivor plays the winner of Wednesday’s second game. If the unbeaten team is beaten, the same two squads play Friday at 5:45 p.m. for the championship.
