DE QUEEN, Ark. — Torie Blair rushed for two touchdowns and returned a punt return to the distance to elevate the Arkansas High Razorbacks 45-6 over the De Queen Leopards in the regular season finale at De Queen High School.
Blair tallied 61 yards on the ground on four carries. Quarterback Braylon Bishop tied the game-high in rushing yards with 88 on four carries, while it took the Leopards’ Jesus Camacho 20 carries to reach that total.
Arkansas High’s defense limited De Queen’s offense to 92 total yards obtained on 26 carries. The Leopards’ passing game produced eight incomplete passes, while the Hogs completed 8-of-11 for 43 yards and a 22-yard touchdown that Layton Lammers threw to Naijah Taylor in the third quarter.
The Razorbacks improve to 6-3 overall on the season with a 5-2 record in conference play. Arkansas High will enter the first round of the playoffs against Maumelle.
De Queen drops to 0-10 on the season with an 0-7 record in conference play. The Leopards’ season is over.
