Ground and Pound once again Pewitt and the Slot T offense proved running the football and good defense will have you playing football after Thanksgiving.
The Bulls pounded out 485 yards on the ground and never threw a pass. Senior quarterback Cross Holder scored 3 first half touchdowns and LaJathan Allen added a first half touchdown as the Bulls opened up a game 30-7 halftime lead and never looked back in route to a 53-20 thumping of Bells.
Pewitt moves on to the regional finals against rival Daingerfield to see who advances to the final four. The win puts Pewitt at 12-1 on the year the lone loss coming to district rival Dangerfield.
