
FOUKE, Ark. — The Miller County Sheriff’s Office and a local drug task force completed a drug bust on Friday morning with methamphetamine and ecstasy and related paraphernalia recovered at the scene.
According to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and members of the Bi-State/8th South Judicial District Narcotics Task Force arrested 51-year-old Henry Hacker at his residence in Fouke on multiple narcotics related charges. Law enforcement says they were able to take Hacker into custody without incident.
The sheriff’s office says that the arrest is the result of an extensive criminal investigation. Hacker was arrested on two warrants and three additional felony charged based on evidence recovered subsequent to his arrest. According to law enforcement, meth and ecstasy were recovered at the scene.

Hacker is being charged with possession of a controlled substance schedule II with purpose to deliver 10 to 200 grams; possession of a controlled substance schedule I under 2 grams; felony possession of drug paraphernalia; delivery of a controlled substance schedule II over 2 grams; unlawful use of a communication device.
Hacker is currently being held in the Miller County Detention Center without bond pending arraignment.
