Thousands in beauty supplies stolen in felony theft

TEXARKANA — Thousands of dollars of beauty supplies were stolen at the end of January and the Texarkana Texas Police Department has issued a felony warrant for the arrest of the suspect.

Police are looking for 19-year-old Grace Procella. According to police, Procella went into Ultra Beauty at the end of January and allegedly absconded with over $3,600 in merchandise. TTPD detectives recognized Procella from the store’s surveillance footage after she had been identified in a theft from another Texarkana business a few days thereafter.

The incident in late January would not be the first time Procella faced an arrest on charges of theft. According to the Hope Police Department’s incident log via Southwest Arkansas Today, Procella was arrested on May 11, 2019, in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope and charged with theft of property. The exact value of what Procella allegedly stole was not made available for disclosure.
