27 new COVID-19 cases reported in Bowie County

TEXARKANA — 27 new coronavirus cases were reported in Bowie County on Wednesday, bringing the total to 538 since the pandemic began.

There are 281 cases actively being traced in the county. There have been 226 recoveries since the pandemic began, and the fatalities are still at 31.

Nearby Cass County has a total of 94 cases with 42 of them active. There have been 50 recoveries and two deaths since the pandemic began.
