877 total COVID-19 cases in Bowie County

TEXAKANA — The Bowie County emergency operations center reported Friday there have been 877 total COVID-19 cases in the county since the pandemic began.

The emergency operations center says there are still 407 active cases in the county that are being traced. Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or any healthcare providers who conduct such tests should notify the Bowie-Texarkana Health Department at 903-255-5560.

Since the pandemic began, there have been 414 recoveries and 56 deaths. Here is a breakdown of every case since March:
