TAPD seeks kidnapping, rape & burglary suspect

TEXARKANA — The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department (TAPD) is seeking a suspect wanted for kidnapping, rape, residential burglary, and theft of property.

According to TAPD, David Love attacked a 15-year-old female at a residence in the 2800 block of Pecan Street on Tuesday at approximately 11:30 a.m. Police say Love fled the scene in a stolen silver 2004 Ford Explorer with an Arkansas license plate of 760 BYI.

Police say Love is 6-0, 190 pounds with black on black full sleeve tattoos on both arms. Police say Love is considered armed and dangerous and ask the public to not approach him, but to call 911 immediately if seen or his location discovered.

The stolen silver 2004 Ford Explorer with the Arkansas plates of 760 BYI has not been located at this time.
