4 new COVID-19 cases added in Bowie County

TEXARKANA — The number of positive COVID-19 case in Bowie County since the pandemic began rose by four from Wednesday to Thursday.

According to the Bowie County emergency operations center there have been 1,004 positive coronavirus cases since March with 502 recoveries and 71 deaths. There are presently 431 active cases in the county.

Anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus or any healthcare provider that provides such testing should notify the Bowie-Texarkana Health Department at 903-255-5560.
