21 new COVID-19 cases in Bowie County

TEXARKANA — The Bowie County emergency operations center reports 21 new cases of coronavirus since Tuesday, Sept. 16 for a total of 401 active cases being traced in the county.

Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or any healthcare provider that conducts such testing should notify the Bowie-Texarkana Health Department at 903-255-5560.

Since the pandemic began, there have been 1,139 cases with 667 recoveries and 71 deaths. Here is a breakdown of every case since the pandemic began, including the 21 new cases reported today.
