FRISCO, Texas (AP) — The Dallas Cowboys have declared quarterback Andy Dalton out for their game in Philadelphia because of a concussion, clearing the way for rookie Ben DiNucci’s first start. DiNucci will appear in prime time Sunday night against the Eagles in his home state of Pennsylvania. The former Pitt quarterback finished his college career at James Madison. Dalton sustained a concussion against Washington in his second start for injured star Dak Prescott. The Cowboys have activated Sean Lee from injured reserve, setting up the 11th-year linebacker for his season debut.
