Farmers Bank & Trust announced plans Tuesday for its second annual Arkansas State Police Foundation Golf Tournament.
The tournament is Friday, March 26, and will take place at the Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Arkansas State Police Foundation.
The tee-offs are scheduled for 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and the tournament will accept 40 teams of four golfers. Entry fee is $500 per team, and that comes with two carts and a gift bag. Teams can sign up online before March 12 by clicking here.
Farmers Bank & Trust says they are looking for more sponsorships before March 5. The sponsorships range from $200 to $5,000 as well as in-kind sponsorships.
“Planning this golf tournament and raising money for the Arkansas State Police Foundation is part of our corporate giving mission and core values at Farmers Bank & Trust. We’re proud to make a positive impact on our communities and look forward to this year’s Arkansas State Police Golf Tournament,” said chief executive officer Chris Gosnell.
The community bank, owned by the Magnolia Banking Corporation, is planning other activities to raise money for the State Police Foundation, including holding a “Pie in the Face” donation campaign between all market presidents.
