TEXARKANA — Arkansas High School will have art shows and plays galore throughout the month of April.

On April 9 and 10 at 6:00 p.m., the Razorback Theater Company will present “What I Want to Say But Never Will” by Alan Haehnel. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here, and lockdown customs of mask-wearing and social distancing will be required. Streaming options are available by clicking here. “What I Want to Say But Never Will” offers a glimpse into teenagers’ most private thoughts, and is told through the anecdotes and monologues of Haehnel.

On Thursday, April 22 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Arkansas High will hold its annual Art Show, which will feature student art from the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years. The art show will feature the following categories: painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, and sculpture or other 3-dimensional media. The event will be held at the AHS Red Wall and is free to the public.
