ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Kyle Gibson pitched 5 1/3 scoreless innings in his return from the injured list and the Texas Rangers ended a nine-game losing streak with a 5-4 win over Tampa Bay. The defending American League champion Rays were back at the site of last season’s neutral site World Series, where they lost in six games to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Joey Gallo hit his 10th homer for the Rangers, and Charlie Culberson drove in a run with a squeeze bunt. They had all nine losses on the road since winning their last home game May 23. Rays lefty starter Josh Fleming had his four-game winning streak snapped. Brandon Lowe homered for Tampa Bay.
