The 22-year-old allowed just one hit to 19 batters faced, tallying season-high 7 strikeouts against one walk. The RoughRiders’ plated all 5 runs in the game over the course of a 7th-inning rally, which was punctuated with a 2-run double by DH Bubba Thompson. RHP Cole Uvila picked up his 2nd win of the campaign (2-1) after fanning 4 of 7 BF over 1.2 SHO IP in relief, an outing that lowered his season ERA to 2.05 (5 ER/22.0 IP).
