ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Top prospect Jo Adell drove in three runs while reaching base four times in his season debut as the Los Angeles Angels beat Texas 11-3. Phil Gosselin had three RBI singles and Jack Mayfield homered for the Angels. Texas had its three-game winning streak snapped. Adell had a tiebreaking two-run double in the third inning that made it 3-1 off Jordan Lyles and put LA ahead to stay. The 21-year-old outfielder added an RBI single in a four-run seventh. José Suarez struck out six with one walk while allowing three runs over 5 2/3 innings.
