
The Texas Department of Public Safety has announced the arrest of two fugitives in Midland that were on their top 10 most wanted list.
The arrests were not from tips; therefore, no cash rewards will be paid. All tips are anonymous.
39-year-old Joshua Dee Daniels turned himself in to the Aransas Pass Police Department. Daniels was added to the list on July 21, and had been wanted since January 2020 for parole violations. He was also wanted for sexual assault as the Aransas Pass Police Department issued such a warrant in December 2020.

50-year-old David Ramirez Mojica was captured by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Special Agents and the Midland County Sheriff’s Office in the parking lot of a restaurant. He was added to the top 10 list on Aug. 20. Mojica had been wanted since September 2020, when he violated his parole and a warrant was issued. Warrants were also issued in February and March 2021, for possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping/failure to appear by the Ector County and Scurry County Sheriff’s Offices.
