LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas’ majority Republican Legislature is meeting this week to redraw the state’s four U.S. House Districts, but there’s little consensus on how to do it. The state House and Senate convene on Wednesday for congressional redistricting, and the task has already drawn plenty of ideas of how to redraw the boundaries. There’s uncertainty about whether there may be an effort to try and take up other issues, including legislation related to employers requiring workers to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. Legislative leaders say they hope to keep the session’s focus on redistricting.
