TEXARKANA — The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) says they will close the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 between Summerhill Road and State Line Avenue starting at 8:00 p.m. Oct. 27.
The scheduled closures will last until 6:00 a.m. There will be a second and final closure on Oct. 28 starting at 8:00 p.m. and running until 6:00 a.m.
The scheduled nighttime closures are a result of planned work at the KCS Railroad bridge.

All closures are subject to change based on weather and other circumstances.
A detour will take drivers eastbound on Frontage Road at Exit 223 just past Summerhill Road. Westbound lanes will remain open. The entrance at State Line Avenue will be open for re-entry.
