TEXARKANA — The moment wasn’t too big for freshman Jacob Yowell, who delivered a walk-off RBI single to lead the Texas High Tigers 8-7 past the North Lamar Panthers Monday night at Texas High.

Nathan Steele was solid for the Tigers as he went 4.0 innings with two hits, three runs, an earned run, and five walks allowed. Steele struck out five.
