ARLINGTON, Texas – Tickets are on sale now for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Globe Life Field led by future Texas Rangers Hall of Famer John Blake.

This pre-game experience will include an interactive Q&A session with Blake, Executive Vice President of Public Affairs. Guests will also be able to view batting practice from the seating area above the home dugout.

The tour is in conjunction with the Texas Rangers’ 50th Anniversary. Blake, who has worked 34 of his 44 years in professional baseball with the Rangers, will detail the rich Rangers’ history over the last 50 years.

Blake will take fans around several media areas of Globe Life Field including the broadcast booths and writing press box.

The first tour date is set for July 15th prior to the Rangers’ 7:05 p.m. game with the Seattle Mariners.

The tour will start at 3:30 p.m.. Additional tour dates will be announced at a later date.

Tickets for the experience are $50 for adults and $35 for youth ages 4-14. Tickets are on sale now at TexasRangers.com/tours.

All guests must also purchase a game ticket for the 7/15 game.

Blake will be inducted into the Rangers Hall of Fame alongside Ian Kinsler on Saturday, August 13 prior to the 6:15 p.m. game with the Seattle Mariners at Globe Life Field.

Batting practice is held at the discretion of the Rangers’ field manager and is not guaranteed. The tour department does not have visibility into batting practice cancellations. In the event batting practice is canceled, refunds will not be given.
