ARLINGTON, Texas — The Texas Rangers will return to Globe Life Field tomorrow, Friday, August 26, for a five-game homestand against the Detroit Tigers and Houston Astros.

The Rangers will open the homestand with a three-game series against the Tigers. Games will be played on Friday, August 26, at 7:05 p.m., Saturday, August 27, at 6:05 p.m., and Sunday, August 28, at 1:35 p.m.

The homestand will resume on Tuesday when the Rangers face Lone Star Series rivals, the Houston Astros, in a two-game series. The Rangers and Astros will play on Tuesday, August 30, at 7:05 p.m. and Wednesday, August 31, at 1:05 p.m.

The first 15,000 fans entering Globe Life Field Friday will receive a pack of 2010s 50th Anniversary Rangers Baseball Cards, presented by Globe Life. Each deck includes career stats from ten 2010s Rangers greats, including Adrián Beltré, Mike Napoli, and Cole Hamels.

Little League Softball World Series Champions, Midway (Texas) Little League, will be recognized during pre-game ceremonies on Friday in celebration of their thrilling 5-4 championship win over Maryland on August 15.

University of North Texas Night at Globe Life Field will be held on Friday, August 26. Special ticket holders will receive a limited-edition co-branded Texas Rangers – UNT cap, presented by Bally Sports Southwest. Tickets for University of North Texas Night are available at texasrangers.com/unt.

The first 15,000 fans in the ballpark Saturday will receive an Adrián Beltré On-deck Circle Bobblehead, presented by Globe Life. The bobblehead depicts the moment Beltré was ejected from the 2017 Rangers-Marlins game for moving the on-deck circle.

The Texas Rangers and Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will spotlight cancer awareness on Saturday in collaboration with Stand Up To Cancer and American Airlines. Gameplay will pause after the fourth inning for a special moment to support those currently battling cancer, survivors, and those we have lost.

All proceeds from Saturday’s Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle will be donated to Stand Up To Cancer.

Also on Saturday, Bark at the Park will return to Globe Life Field. Human and dog tickets can be purchased in the outfield and corner mezzanines at texasrangers.com/barkatthepark. Festivities will begin with an on-field pre-game parade of dogs.
