
TEXARKANA — The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department (TAPD) says they have made several arrests in recent commercial burglary offenses.
TAPD says their investigations into the recent burglaries resulted in felony warrants being issued for numerous suspects.
According to police, the warrants led to the arrest of 51-year-old Keith Lanard Lee from Texarkana, Texas. Police say Lee was arrested for the Commercial Burglary at the Wash-A-Lot located in the 3300 block of North State Line Avenue.
According to TAPD, Lee was arrested by the Texarkana Texas Police Department on the active felony warrant and is in custody at the Bi-State Justice Center awaiting extradition to Arkansas.

40-year-old Billy Ray Chancey, who is allegedly homeless, was arrested for the Commercial Burglary at the Walmart Garden Center located in the 100 block of Arkansas Boulevard that occurred after hours on Sept. 16, 2022, police say. According to TAPD, Chancey was arrested and booked into the Miller County Jail.
Another allegedly homeless man, 31-year-old Robert Thomas Morrow, was arrested for the Commercial Burglary at the Premier High School located in the 3200 block of North State Line Avenue that occurred in the early morning of Sept. 6, 2022. TAPD says Morrow was arrested and booked into the Miller County Jail.
More warrants are forthcoming from the TAPD’s criminal investigation division for individuals also involved in such crimes.
