The Hooks Hornets defeated the Pleasant Grove Hawks 65-46 at the White Oak Tournament Tournament.
The Hawks appeared to be cold after an over 6 h0ur break between games. PG beat the Liberty-Eylau JV earlier but had to hang around town a long time before their night cap.

The Hawks were led in scoring by Ben “The Mail Man” Bircker who scored 16 points. Keighston Kink poured in fourteen.
The Hawks boys basketball team is now 1-3 and they’ll take a break today so they can attend the Pleasant Grove Hawks Regional Final Championship football game at Marshall versus Carthage Friday night. The Hawks versus Carthage football game will be broadcast live on 94.1 FM ESPN-Texarkana.
