Texarkana, Texas Police said they arrested a man and charged him with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
TTPD said they 25 year old Moses Ross Thursday morning after a warrant was issued for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Police said victim was a preschooler
Police said the preschool age victim made an outcry to her mother last weekend, and the mother immediately called 911.
Texarkana, Police said Detective Tabitha Smith’s investigation uncovered information and evidence that ultimately led to the arrest warrant being issued. In order to protect the victim’s identity, police said that they can’t share any more information about the case here.
Ross was booked into the Bi-State Jail yesterday after being interviewed by detectives. His bond has not yet been set, police said.
