The Plesant Grove boy soccer team defeated Mount Plesant Chapel Hill on the road Friday 1-0.
It was a close game the whole time, until Landon Beck put in a header off an assist from Andrew Hutcheson that put the Hawks ahead 1-0.
PG’s coach said it was a great defensive effort
“It was a strong defensive effort and we were glad to come away with a win,” Christa Henry, Pleasant Grove boys soccer coach said.
The Pleasant Grove boys soccer team will host Pittsburg Tuesday at Hawk Stadium.
