The Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks soccer team sunk the Pittsburg Lady Pirates 12-0 Tuesday at Hawk Stadium Tuesday.
Abigail Boehmke lead the Lady Hawks with 3 goals. Catherine Joyce and Rylie Williams each scored 2 goals and had 1 assist. Lexi Allen scored 2 goals. Emma Boehmke scored 1 goal and had 1 assist and Amelia Webster scored 1 goal.
Lady Hawks created opportunities
“ I thought the team played really well possessing the ball and creating a ton of chances which lead to 12 total goals,” Andy Allen, Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks head soccer coach said.” It was great to see so many different girls scoring for the team including Amelia Webster scoring her first goal in her first varsity game.”
The Lady Hawks next soccer game is Friday against North Lamar.
