The Pleasant Grove girls soccer team beat North Lamar 8-0 at North Lamar Friday.
Emma Boehmke, Catherine Joyce and Rylie Williams each went over the 50 career goal mark putting them tops and the programs all-time scoring list.
Joyce scored 3 goals, and Boehmke (Emma) and Williams each scored 2 goals. Savannah Russ also scored a goal for the Lady Hawks. Joyce and Abigail Boehmke had 2 assists and Joyce (Catherine) had 1 assist.
Lady Hawks girls coach Andy Allen was happy
“I thought we moved the ball really well, better than the last game,” Lady Hawks soccer coach Andy Allen said. “We scored more goals with eight goals over north Lamar’s 0.”
Coach Allen was emotional about the 3 girls breaking the record
It'”s also really special that we had three players hit 50 goals to top the all time scoring list for the Lady Hawks,” Coach Allen said.
