Coach Collom said the Lady Hawks had better at bats and outcomes for sure helped up turn the last day around.
“We had some timely opportunities we didn’t push runners across but that will come,” Coach Collom said. “In the circle, both pitchers got work today (Saturday) and both responded well.”
Coach Collom said the Lady Hawks are still aiming to get comfortable and making adjustments everyday.
“Defensively we had some great relays and threw out quite a few runners at the plate,” Coach Collom said. “Always a fun thing to watch and definitely an asset adding Hailey Allen and Adi Koller’s arm together in a relay to hose a runner at the plate.”
