
The White Oak Lady Necks shut out the Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks 7-0 Tuesday night at Lady Neck softball Circle in White Oak, Texas.
White Oak pitcher Larkin Daniels pitched a complete 7-inning shut out. Daniels allowed 3 hits, striking out 11 and walking none.
White Oak (16-3) scored 5 of their runs in the bottom of the first inning.
Pleasant Grove starting pitcher Sarah Hackleman pitched 5 innings. Hackleman allowed 6 runs, 5 earned. Hackleman struck out 3 Lady Necks and walked four.

Lady Hawk reliever Abby Runion pitched the final inning and she did not allow a run or a hit. She stuck out one.
The 3 players for the Lady Hawks that had a hit were Sarah Hackleman who doubled and Abby Runion and Jaklyn Smith who both singled.
Kenzie Jester and Daniels each hit home runs for the Lady Necks.
Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks head coach Becca Collom it was a tough night
“It was a tough night. We just need to adjust at the Plate and do what we are capable of,” Becca Collom, Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks head softball Coach said. “We will make the necessary changes and come back Friday.”
