The man who police said is responsible for killing 3 people in and accident on I-30 in Texarkana has been arrested.
Richard Lopez was arrested by the Bowie County Sheriff’s office Saturday after his release from the hospital.
Arkansas State Police issued the warrant
Lopez was arrested on a warrant issued by Arkansas State Police for three counts of negligent homicide and two counts of first-degree battery.
Lopez was the driver of a wrong way vehicle on Interstate 30 that crashed killing 3, police said.
The crash happened on March 28th on I-30 East. Jabrea Conway and 2 children were killed in the head on collision.
