The Pleasant Grove Lady Hawks popped off winning all 3 games of their pool play games on the first day of the Tyler volleyball tournament.

The Lady Hawks Play Tyler Chapel Hill at 8 a.m. PG will play Tyler High @ 10 a.m. and Princeton around noon. All 3 Friday Lady Hawk games will be live on a Fox Sports Texarkana 97.1 FM ESPN-Texarkana. Bob DelGiorno will provide the play-by-play.
The Lady Hawks swept all 3 opponents they played Thursday 2 sets to none.
Lady Hawks coach Amy Collvins said, “I couldn’t be more happy with the way they kept the energy up and just took care of business.”
First, the Lady Hawks beat Kilgore 25-15, 25-22. Madison Carpenter served 11 points.
The Lady Hawks Beat Pine Tree 25-12, 25-15.
Rylie Williams scored 11 points, Whitney Thornton scored 9 points and Maddison Carpenter scored ten.
The Lady Hawks Beat Mineola 25-15, 25-8. Julianne Naples scored 8 points and Whitney Thornton served 11 points.
